Stress Busters Virtual Stress Management Coping Skills Group

This is an 8 week group designed for adults who are feeling overwhelmed and stuck on the chronic stress merry-go-round. Members will learn skills to take charge over their stress and to feel more empowered in periods of high stress.

Wednesdays 7-8:15 PM, Next session starts September 21st
